The result is an ultra-durable injection molded mask that sports improved protection while still being flexible, comfortable, and unobtrusive.

In spite of the lower price tag compared to other VIO goggles, there are a number of different features the Ascend has that are normally only found in high-end goggles. Players love the quick-change lenses which allow for lens changes as quickly as the weather changes. The fog-resistant film keeps the field of view clear even on the muggiest days which is augmented by the excellent range of view already built into the goggles. The lenses are also scratch resistant which is especially important for players in woodsball games. Finding and acquiring the target will never be an issue with the VIO Ascend. 

The mask is also low-profile which reduces the risk of balls breaking on glancing blows. Players should note that the VIO Ascend doesn’t include protection for the top of the head. We recommend wearing a baseball cap or other hat to protect this part. The ears, however, are protected with ear pads and can easily be changed with replacement ear pads when worn out.
